Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience, striving to find satisfactory resolutions
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software

In this role, you will support our digital marketing efforts across various channels to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS) preferred
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
